CONSULTATION POLICY

At WebGrow Consulting, our consultations are structured to provide clear guidance, expert recommendations, and a personalized roadmap for your business. To maintain the quality of our sessions and ensure dedicated time for each client, we operate a paid consultation system.

Consultation Fee

  • ₦20,000 (Nigeria Clients)

  • Duration: 30–60 minutes

  • Status: Non-refundable

What Your Consultation Covers

During your session, we typically cover:

  • Business goal review

  • Branding & digital audit

  • Website requirements

  • Marketing strategy insight

  • Step-by-step recommendations

  • Guidance on choosing the right package

  • Diaspora business setup support (if applicable)

Our goal is to make sure you leave the session with clarity and a plan.

Booking & Payment

  • Payment must be made before your session is confirmed.

  • Once payment is received, you will be given a booking link to choose your preferred date and time.

  • You will also receive a short intake form to help us prepare for your session.

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

  • You may reschedule once at no extra cost if requested at least 12 hours before the appointment.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 12 hours) are recorded as completed and cannot be rescheduled.

Refund Policy (Consultations)

Consultation fees are non-refundable, even if:

  • You choose not to proceed with our services

  • You attend the session but decide otherwise

  • You miss your session without proper rescheduling

We provide value immediately through preparation, pre-analysis, and reserved time.

Consultation Fee Deduction

If you proceed with a service package within 14 days after your session, your consultation fee will be deducted from your project cost.
