Business Systems Setup (CRM, automations)
We may update or modify services anytime for operational improvement.
2. Payments & Pricing
All payments must be made before work begins unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may vary depending on project scope.
Payments are accepted in NGN, USD, CAD, and GBP.
3. Project Timelines
Timelines depend on the package:
Branding: 3–7 business days
Website: 5–14 business days
Business Setup: 7–14 business days
Revisions or late submission of client materials may extend timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary:
Branding content (names, colors, preferences)
Website copy, images, product files
Business details for setup
Timely approvals
Failure to provide materials may delay delivery.
5. Revisions
Most packages include 1–3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions attract extra charges.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment:
Clients’ own logos, websites, and designs delivered.
WebGrow retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio.
7. Confidentiality
We do not share client information, passwords, or business details with any unauthorized third party.
8. Limitation of Liability
WebGrow Consulting is not responsible for:
Third-party platform issues (hosting providers, domain registrars, payment apps)
Client errors after handover
Losses arising from misuse, edits, or failure to maintain systems
9. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:
A client engages in abusive conduct
Fraudulent activities are detected
Required information is withheld
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
