REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds only under the conditions below:

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds apply when:

  • Work has not started within 48 hours of payment

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • A package was purchased by mistake and no work has begun

2. No-Refund Conditions

Refunds do NOT apply if:

  • Work has already started

  • Client delays project by withholding needed materials

  • The client changes their mind after delivery

  • The client requests services outside agreed scope

  • Passwords or sensitive materials have already been used to set up systems

3. Partial Refunds

May apply if:

  • A project was started but paused mutually
    Refund amount is calculated based on completed work.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used.
