REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds only under the conditions below:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply when:
Work has not started within 48 hours of payment
A duplicate payment was made
A package was purchased by mistake and no work has begun
2. No-Refund Conditions
Refunds do NOT apply if:
Work has already started
Client delays project by withholding needed materials
The client changes their mind after delivery
The client requests services outside agreed scope
Passwords or sensitive materials have already been used to set up systems
3. Partial Refunds
May apply if:
A project was started but paused mutually
Refund amount is calculated based on completed work.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used.
